Our international contact center is expanding and is looking for a Bilingual Business Analyst (English/French) to support business operations and drive process improvements across global projects
Profil Recherché
2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst
Fluent in English & French (mandatory)
Strong analytical, communication, and documentation skills
Experience with SQL, Excel, Jira, and Confluence
Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies
Power BI or Tableau is a plus
