About the Role
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and assess supplier production capacities.
- Consolidate capacity data and identify potential risks against production requirements.
- Participate in capacity increase studies in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Define optimal production scenarios to ensure production plan feasibility and capacity achievement.
- Determine supplier capacity requirements and confirm parts availability.
- Analyze capacity constraints and contribute to mitigation plans when needed.
- Evaluate supplier proposals considering capacity, cost, and lead-time impacts.
- Provide regular progress reports and escalate capacity-related issues when necessary.
Your Profile
- Master's degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in Supply Chain, Manufacturing, or Industrial Operations.
- Strong knowledge of Supply Chain processes and capacity management.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and Power BI.
- Fluency in English and French.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent organizational abilities, analytical mindset, and attention to detail.
- Ability to synthesize information, prepare reports, and communicate recommendations effectively.
- Previous experience in the automotive or industrial sector is a plus.
