Job Description
Are you a talented and ambitious individual looking for a challenging experience in one of the fastest-growing startups in Morocco? Glovo is seeking a Retail Account Manager Intern to join our dynamic team in Casablanca. If you're passionate about disrupting the delivery market and contributing to building a revolutionary product, this opportunity is for you!
Responsibilities:
Assist in managing strategic partner relationships from start to finish, including P&L tracking, deep product integrations, co-marketing efforts, and ensuring operational excellence.
Collaborate with Account Managers to prepare business reviews, presentation materials, and other related tasks.
Support Account Managers in analyzing partner performance metrics and ensuring consistent month-over-month growth.
Track and report performance metrics to maintain a strong relationship between Glovo and its partners.
Forecast and track key account metrics.
Prepare reports and dashboards for partner presentations and operational improvements.
Actively collaborate with colleagues in a supportive environment that fosters growth, development, and impactful contributions
Qualifications
Availability for a 6-month full-time internship.
Strong business acumen.
Developed communication skills.
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or sales.
Data-driven, organized, and proactive with an analytical mindset.
Proficiency in English, French, and Arabic is a must.
An empathetic, inclusive, and curious attitude.
