AI Engineer

PROFILE :

The AI Engineer drives business impact by designing and deploying AI models and intelligent systems. This role demands solid technical expertise, a business-oriented mindset, and the ability to collaborate with product, data, and engineering teams in a dynamic environment.

RESPONSABILITIES :

• Design and develop machine learning models for production use.
• Build and maintain scalable AI pipelines and services.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into AI solutions.
• Optimize model performance and ensure reliability in deployment.
• Contribute to architectural decisions and technical documentation.
• Participate in sprint planning and agile delivery processes.
• Support experimentation and continuous improvement of AI systems.

TECHNICAL SKILLS :

Programming & Software Engineering

• Good knowledge of Python and libraries like pandas and numpy
• Good knowledge of SQL, REST APIs, and Git
• Good knowledge of software craftsmanship practices and Kafka
• Strong hands-on experience with VS Code, Jupyter Notebooks, and Docker
• Machine Learning & Deep Learning
• Good knowledge of supervised, unsupervised, and time series models
• Good knowledge of model evaluation, feature engineering, and scikit-learn
• Good knowledge of TensorFlow, PyTorch, and CNN/RNN architectures
• GenAI & LLMs
• Good knowledge of GenAI patterns and prompt engineering
• Good knowledge of using LLM APIs and integrating LLMs into workflows
• Exposure to fine-tuning and evaluating LLMs
• Statistics & Data Engineering
• Good knowledge of probability and inferential statistics
• Good knowledge of Spark/PySpark, ETL pipelines, and cloud platforms
• Exposure to data architecture concepts like Medallion and DataMesh
• Visualization & Tools
• Good knowledge of Matplotlib, Seaborn, Plotly, and Dash
• Good knowledge of MLFlow, CI/CD, and model monitoring tools
