Are you a night owl with excellent communication skills? Do you speak fluent English and have a passion for helping others?
Our fast-growing call center is expanding its international operations, and we are looking for our next English-Speaking Customer Service Representatives (M/F) to join our dedicated night shift team!
- As the primary point of contact for our international customers, you will ensure a seamless and positive customer experience during night hours. Your daily tasks will include:
- Handling Inbound Inquiries: Answering customer questions and resolving issues via phone, email, or live chat in a timely and professional manner.
- Troubleshooting: Analyzing customer accounts, identifying problems, and providing accurate solutions or escalating complex cases to the appropriate department.
- Data Management: Accurately logging all interactions, updating customer profiles, and maintaining precise records in our CRM system.
- Customer Satisfaction: Delivering a world-class customer experience, ensuring high satisfaction scores (CSAT), and building brand loyalty.
Profil Recherché
We are seeking dedicated, independent, and customer-oriented individuals:
Language Proficiency: You have an excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
Availability: You are fully comfortable working night shifts and maintaining a nocturnal schedule.
Soft Skills: You are empathetic, patient, and possess excellent active listening skills. You can handle stressful situations with a calm and positive attitude.
Experience: A previous experience in customer service, BPO, or a call center environment is highly preferred, but motivated beginners with stellar English are welcome!
