Simulation Engineer (m/f/d) Crash

For our team, we are currently looking for dedicated support in the field of crash simulation.

• Independent creation and modification of simulation models using ANSA, LS-DYNA or PAM-CRASH, Animator, and custom software tools
• Working with simulation data management systems (e.g., LoCo)
• Performing and validating calculations for vehicle crash and occupant safety
• Documentation and presentation of results, as well as coordination with development partners (customers, project management, etc.)
• Development and implementation of optimization proposals
• Support of assemblies throughout the entire development process from concept phase to series production
• Team-oriented collaboration with colleagues and other departments (design, testing, etc.)

What you bring along:

• Completed technical or scientific degree in automotive engineering, aerospace engineering, mechanical engineering or a comparable field, or a comparable qualification
• Ideally experience with FEM systems (e.g., LS-DYNA/PAM-CRASH, ANSA, Animator) and SDM systems (e.g., LoCo)Programming skills (e.g., TCL, Python, Bash) are an advantage
• Independent and structured way of working, quick comprehension, high reliability, sense of responsibility and assertiveness
• High level of commitment, communication skills and a service-oriented mindset
• Ideally experience in the automotive industry and complete vehicle development
• Business fluent English skills
