Job Description
Position Purpose
The Deputy PPL Weight Management (ADJ PPL) supports program performance and validation activities by managing budgets, monitoring project KPIs, coordinating stakeholders, and ensuring the successful execution of validation plans. The role contributes to project convergence, risk management, and delivery performance throughout the development lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and utilize the EMAT Budget Tool.
- Prepare and follow up budget requests for activity validation.
- Support budget negotiations and cost optimization initiatives.
- Monitor project KPIs, including RFQ targets, deliverables, issues, performance indicators, and milestone achievement.
- Report program progress and performance to management.
- Lead technical meetings and coordinate cross-functional stakeholders.
- Drive virtual and physical validation plans in collaboration with project teams.
- Ensure performance convergence at each project milestone.
- Propose and implement technical improvement actions.
- Contribute to Lessons Learned activities and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Manage issue escalation processes and support problem resolution.
- Plan activities, manage deliverables, and monitor project schedules.
- Build and maintain integrated physical validation plans (PIV).
- Update and maintain project information within PLM tools.
Qualifications
Qualifications
- Master's Degree (Bac+5) in Engineering or a related technical field.
- Initial experience in project management, validation, performance management, or engineering coordination.
Languages
- Good level of English and French (mandatory).
