Business Analyst CRMA

Main Tasks & Responsibilities:

· Data Analysis / testing

o The Business Analyst is responsible for translating business needs into clear, detailed, and actionable requirements that can be effectively implemented by the CRMA development team.

o The role acts as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring that requirements are properly captured, documented, prioritized, and validated.

o This includes analyzing existing processes, defining data and reporting needs, creating functional specifications, and supporting the development lifecycle to ensure solutions deliver the expected business value.

o The person would also be responsible for running tests with the Business, ensuring the users are comfortable with the development release.

Job Purpose:

· Support IT Product manager of "FO reporting" in delivering the product backlog for GDD and Agentic, Gen AI and Tech enablers adoption reporting

Main Accountabilities/Measured On:

· Accuracy of business requirements captured, accuracy of User stories captured

· Quality of development by technical teams, thanks to clear requirements

· Quality of testing and validation of the deliverables

· Sign-off by business teams
