Job Description
- Support to maintenance technicians in the analysis, detection and repair of complex breakdowns.
- Support start-up of new production lines and machinery with PLCs, HMIs, Machine Vision, Robots, etc.
- Review, creation and execution of new preventive actions.
- Management of technical documentation.
- Ensure the proper functioning of the equipment.
- Troubleshooting and improving efficiencies in assembly lines.
- Implementation of production process modifications.
Qualifications
- High degree in Electronics/Electricity/Automation/Automation/Mechatronics.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in similar functions and with semi-automatic manufacturing lines.
- Parameterization of servomotors
- PLCs/HMIs Beckhoff
- Programming Anthropomorphic/Face Robots (FANUC/Stäubli )
- Machine vision cameras/sensors (COGNEX, Keyence, ...)
- Valuable skills: analytical skills, problem solving, results oriented.
- Dynamic, proactive person.
- Good level in English.
Desirable:
- Knowledge in mechanics and machine tools.
- Knowledge in pneumatics
- Knowledge in collaborative robotics
- SAP-PM knowledge
