JOB CONNECT is recruiting on behalf of a fast-growing U.S.-based company specializing in tax resolution services.
We are looking for an experienced Senior Remote Sales Closer to join a small, high-performing sales team. This is an excellent opportunity for sales professionals who thrive in a consultative sales environment and enjoy helping clients find solutions while closing high-value service sales.
About the Role
As a Senior Sales Closer, you will work exclusively with pre-qualified prospects who have already contacted the company seeking assistance with tax debt or unfiled tax returns.
A dedicated opening team handles all lead generation and qualification before transferring prospects directly to you. Your role is to understand each client's situation, build trust, present the appropriate solution, and confidently guide them through the decision-making process.
There is no cold calling, prospecting, or lead chasing involved.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle live inbound calls from pre-qualified prospects.
- Build trust and establish strong relationships with U.S.-based clients.
- Understand each client's needs and recommend the most suitable solution.
- Follow a structured sales process and company sales script.
- Handle objections professionally and confidently.
- Close high-value service sales while delivering an excellent customer experience.
- Maintain accurate records and meet individual sales targets.
Candidate Profile
We're looking for professionals who have:
- Minimum 2 years of Inside Sales experience.
- Minimum 2 years of Call Center experience.
- Proven experience closing sales over the phone.
- Experience selling high-ticket services.
- Excellent spoken and written English.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent time management and organizational abilities.
- The ability to perform in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Previous remote work experience is an advantage.
- A reliable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated workspace.
- The ability to remain on camera throughout the workday.
B2C sales experience is preferred, while B2B sales experience is considered an asset.
Compensation & Benefits
