• AI Integration Security - Provision Private Service Connect (PSC) pathways to securely link Gemini Enterprise Agents with internal customer databases.
• Achieve 100% data insulation and prevent unauthorized network data exfiltration.
• Automation Upkeep - Draft, review, and test declarative Terraform scripts to automate standard network configurations.
• Ensure zero manual configuration drift within critical production layers.
• Network Auditing & Health - Utilize GCP Network Intelligence Center to run connectivity tests, analyze routing topologies, and evaluate packet health.
• Proactive detection of routing loops, latency spikes, or dynamic BGP route drops.
• Load Balancing Design - Set up and manage global application load balancers to distribute conversational traffic safely.
• Guarantee zero downtime during massive traffic scale-ups or sudden regional outages.
• Security Boundary Defense - Write and refine Cloud Armor rule sets, access control lists, and cloud firewall parameters.
• Ensure complete protection against external DDoS attacks and unauthorized network incursions.
• Cross-Team Alignment - Participate in daily standups and engineering syncs with cloud architects, SREs, and conversational AI specialists.
• Seamless deployment synchronization and rapid resolution of platform-wide blockages.

Profil recherche

• University or college degree in engineering, computer sciences, physics, mathematics or relevant experience in an equivalent domain
• Excellent communication skills in English
• Minimum of 5+ years’ with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) Networking
• GCP Professional Cloud Network Engineer Certification: Candidate must hold an active and verifiable Google-certified network credential to demonstrate baseline expertise.
• Experience with Google Contact Center AI, CCAIP routing, and establishing secure network paths for Gemini Enterprise Agent Platform/GECX.
• Solid background designing dynamic routing paths utilizing BGP, Equinix Fabric, Twilio, Telnyx SIP trunking, and Microsoft ExpressRoute.
• Experience writing, reviewing, and automating enterprise-grade cloud networks via Terraform. No manual deployments in production.

 

 

 

 

 

• Must hold an active Google Professional Data Engineer certification. Deep expertise in BigQuery, BigTable, and Firestore (Standard & Enterprise) is non-negotiable.
• Proven experience architecting and managing high-throughput streaming pipelines using GCP Pub/Sub, Cloud Functions, and Dataflow.
• Practical experience with LLM orchestration, grounding Gemini Enterprise Agents on enterprise data lakes, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).
• Hands-on deployment experience with Google Cloud Contact Center AI (CCAI/CCAIP) and Dialogflow CX for live voice/chat streams.
• Robust capability writing Terraform for infrastructure deployment and managing fine-grained GCP IAM roles to secure cloud resources.
