Simulation Engineer (m/f/d) Stiffness

For our team, we are currently looking for dedicated support in the field of stiffness simulation.

• Independent creation and modification of simulation models using ANSA, LS-DYNA or ABAQUS, Animator, and custom software tools
• Performing and validating calculations related to stiffness, strength, misuse loads, and durability
• Documentation and presentation of results, as well as coordination with development partners (customers, project management)
• Development and implementation of optimization proposals
• Support of assemblies throughout the entire development process from concept phase to series production
• Team-oriented collaboration with colleagues and other departments (design, testing, etc.)

What you bring along:

• Completed technical or scientific degree in automotive engineering, aerospace engineering, mechanical engineering, or a comparable field, or a comparable qualification
• Ideally experience with FEM systems (e.g., LS-DYNA/ABAQUS, ANSA, Animator) •Programming skills (e.g., TCL, Python, Bash) are an advantage
• Independent and structured way of working, quick comprehension, reliability, sense of responsibility, and assertiveness
• High level of commitment, communication skills, and a service-oriented mindset
• Ideally experience in the automotive industry and complete vehicle development
• Business fluent English skills
