Operating and supporting the pre-production and production applications developed by AXA France. These activities are carried out within an international environment, serving clients based in France.
Managing a portfolio of applications, several of which are business-critical and highly sensitive, including 24/7 systems that support key operations and represent significant strategic and operational stakes for the AXA Group.
- Analyze and resolve Level 2 and Level 3 technical and functional incidents.
- Provide regular communication to clients regarding application status, including performance and response-time indicators.
- Ensure the availability and performance of business applications across pre-production and production environments.
- Identify and implement improvement initiatives to prevent recurring incidents.
- Monitor production and pre-production applications.
- Lead and facilitate meetings with clients and stakeholders.
- Act as a proactive contributor by proposing solutions to improve operational reliability and implementing corrective actions.
- Ensure the creation, maintenance, and continuous update of technical and functional documentation.
- Prepare application health and operational performance reports.
- Manage capacity planning for business applications.
- Maintain a solid understanding of production environments and infrastructure components, including monitoring, job scheduling, and backup solutions.
- Provide both technical and functional support for business applications.
- Install and configure monitoring tools.
- Perform after-hours (out-of-business-hours) interventions when required.
- Participate in opening and closing shifts, covering operational support between 7:00 AM and 7:00 PM (Paris Time).
- Be available to work on Saturdays when necessary.
Deliverables:
- Maintain up-to-date technical documentation to ensure knowledge accuracy and operational continuity.
- Share and document new operational procedures and best practices.
- Contribute to and maintain Confluence knowledge bases and documentation repositories.
- Update and maintain control and monitoring procedures/checklists to ensure compliance with operational standards and service quality requirements.

Required Skills
- Solid knowledge of distributed system environments, primarily Linux, Oracle, SQL Server, and Windows.
- Good understanding of web servers such as Tomcat, Apache, and IIS.
- Experience with cloud platforms, including Microsoft Azure and AWS.
- Knowledge of Kibana and Elasticsearch.
- Experience with workload scheduling tools, particularly TWS (Tivoli Workload Scheduler).
- Familiarity with Dynatrace for application performance monitoring.
- Experience with monitoring and backup tools.
- Good command of English, required in an international working environment.
- ITIL v3 Certification would be a significant advantage.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree (Bac+5) in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Initial professional experience in a similar role, ideally within IT production support, application support, or operations management environments.
