This role is a key resource supporting our BMO/CIBC accounts, with a primary focus on inventory management for SDWAN/SDA Utility and BTCV 1.1 and 2.0 solutions.
- Lead the development of business cases to support inventory and solution requirements
- Initiate and manage purchase order (PO) requests for additional equipment
- Collaborate with DSA teams and Engineering to develop accurate inventory projections
- Partner with Progistix to oversee the receipt, tracking, and lifecycle management of equipment, including new, reusable, refurbished, and decommissioned assets
- Utilize provided job aids to ensure consistency and efficiency across processes
Profil recherche
- University or college degree in engineering, computer sciences, Business, mathematics or relevant experience in an equivalent domain
- Excellent communication skills in English
- 4+ years of experience in Inventory Management, Supply Chain, Procurement, or Operations.
- Experience managing inventory planning, forecasting, and stock control.
- Experience supporting IT/Telecom projects (preferred, especially network equipment).
Technical Skills
- Inventory management and lifecycle management.
- Demand forecasting and inventory planning.

- Procurement and supplier/vendor management.
- Budgeting and business case preparation.
- Inventory reporting and data analysis.
- Advanced Excel (mandatory).
- Experience with inventory management tools/ERP systems (SAP or similar is an asset).
