Mechanical LEAD
Required Expertise
- Executes preventive/corrective maintenance on rotating/static equipment: pumps, compressors, gearboxes, heat exchangers, cryogenic valves, and piping.

- Performs precision tasks: alignment, torqueing, gasket selection, seal replacement, bearing fits, and clearances; applies correct lubricants and preservation methods.
- Supports shutdowns, equipment overhauls, and post-maintenance functional tests with QA/QC documentation.
- Adheres to LOTO, line-breaking, and confined-space requirements; completes work packs and feedback to CMMS.
Qualifications & Certifications
- Technical mechanical diploma/trade certification.
- 3–5 years petrochemical/O&G preferred maintenance experience; rotating equipment proficiency.
- Able to read P&IDs/Isometrics and complete as-found/as-left records.
