Job Description

Join our dynamic team at TOMRA Food as a Field Service Engineer, where you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless operation of our cutting-edge food sorting systems. We're seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to take on the challenge of providing top-notch customer service, encompassing commissioning, operation, testing, integration, optimisation, maintenance, training, and repair activities primarily in Morocco. Ideally located in Casablanca, as You will be travelling predominantly to Agadir and Rabat.

This role offers the perfect blend of hands-on work and independent problem-solving, making it an ideal fit for a passionate engineering enthusiast. 

Role and Responsibilities:

• Efficiently deliver field service work to meet cost and time objectives.
• Ensure optimal performance of TOMRA Food sorting machines to exceed customer expectations.
• Diagnose and resolve equipment issues, conducting necessary repairs.
• Collaborate with internal departments to enhance customer support processes.
• Conduct installations and adjustments to TOMRA Food equipment as required.
• Provide comprehensive training to customers on the operations and maintenance of our systems.
• Maintain accurate and detailed field reports to guide administrative follow-up procedures.
• Domestic travel up to 80%-90% of the time

Qualifications

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electro-Mechanical Engineering
• Qualification in Electrical Installation (e.g. Qualification en Électricité d’Installation)
• Proven experience in on-site preventive and corrective maintenance, supporting industrial customers
• Fluency in Arabic and English language is mandatory, Spanish and French is an advantage
• Driving license with a good driving record
• VCA certification is a plus
