Key Responsibilities :

  • Design and execute a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy aligned with business objectives
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of recruiters to deliver high-quality hiring outcomes
  • Partner with senior stakeholders to understand workforce planning needs and provide strategic guidance
  • Drive employer branding initiatives to attract top-tier talent across multiple markets
  • Optimize recruitment processes, tools, and metrics to improve efficiency and candidate experience
  • Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for critical and leadership roles
  • Ensure compliance with hiring policies, procedures, and local regulations

Profil recherche

Requirements :

  • 10+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, including proven team management experience
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop high-performing teams
  • Experience managing end-to-end recruitment in complex and fast-paced environments
  • Strategic mindset combined with hands-on operational execution
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Familiarity with modern sourcing techniques, recruitment technologies, and data-driven hiring practices
  • Fluency in English and French required; additional languages are a plus
