Key Responsibilities :
- Design and execute a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy aligned with business objectives
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of recruiters to deliver high-quality hiring outcomes
- Partner with senior stakeholders to understand workforce planning needs and provide strategic guidance
- Drive employer branding initiatives to attract top-tier talent across multiple markets
- Optimize recruitment processes, tools, and metrics to improve efficiency and candidate experience
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for critical and leadership roles
- Ensure compliance with hiring policies, procedures, and local regulations
Profil recherche
Requirements :
- 10+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, including proven team management experience
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop high-performing teams
- Experience managing end-to-end recruitment in complex and fast-paced environments
- Strategic mindset combined with hands-on operational execution
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Familiarity with modern sourcing techniques, recruitment technologies, and data-driven hiring practices
- Fluency in English and French required; additional languages are a plus
