Your Role

As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be responsible for:

-Managing inbound Level 1 calls from UK retail customers
-Handling customer enquiries, complaints, and basic support requests
-Assisting customers with orders, deliveries, returns, and general retail enquiries
-Providing a high-quality customer experience with professionalism, empathy, and accuracy
-Identifying customer needs and providing clear, effective solutions
-Accurately documenting customer interactions using internal systems
-Following company procedures and maintaining high service standards
-Acting as a trusted representative of the retail brand and helping ensure customer satisfaction

Profil Recherché

-High school diploma (Baccalaureate) or higher
-Previous experience in customer service is an advantage
-Excellent command of the English language, both written and spoken
-Strong communication, active listening, and problem-solving skills
-Professional, calm, and customer-oriented mindset
-Comfortable using computer tools and adapting quickly to new systems
