Job Description
The Industrialization Flying Analyst (GV2) ensures the operational implementation and continuous improvement of industrial processes for embedded electronic (EE) components, bridging validation requirements with production constraints.
Within the project, your main tasks will include:
- Manage and structure project information, configurations, and diagnostic data.
- Deploy and monitor software configurations and updates through SPARTE.
- Troubleshoot test benches, validation tools, and project equipment.
- Support vehicle and powertrain test preparation activities.
- Reproduce, analyze, and document technical issues and validation defects.
- Participate in root-cause analysis and issue resolution activities (X-Code).
- Perform vehicle modernization activities on ECUs using ZIZA, telecoding, and JDD.
- Identify electrical non-conformities and ensure vehicle operational readiness.
- Create and maintain technical records, reports, and modernization documentation.
- Participate in project meetings, anticipate risks, and propose corrective actions.
Qualifications
- Engineering degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Automotive Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field.
- Previous experience in automotive testing, validation, embedded systems, industrialization, or vehicle modernization activities.
- Knowledge of powertrain systems (ICE, hybrid, and electric vehicles).
- Understanding of ADAS and automotive EE architectures.
- Experience with vehicle diagnostics and troubleshooting.
- Proficiency with diagnostic tools: Diagalyser, IDVH, DOTI.
- Proficiency with validation and calibration tools: INCA, CANalyzer.
- Knowledge of EE isolation testing and vehicle validation processes.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
