• Standardise infrastructure patterns and automate build, validation and compliance activities where relevant

• Review platform capacity, performance, availability and obsolescence risks and define remediation plans

• Drive continuous improvement through root-cause analysis, lessons learned and technology watch

Technical Environment

Candidate Profile
You hold at least a two-year higher education qualification in IT and have strong engineering experience across enterprise systems and datacenter infrastructure in a multi-site environment. You have practical expertise in Windows Server, Active Directory, virtualisation, compute and storage, together with a sound understanding of Linux and hybrid infrastructure. You are comfortable producing technical designs and standards, leading migrations and upgrades, and handing reliable solutions over to operations. Experience with hardening, capacity
planning, automation, backup and recovery, infrastructure lifecycle management or ISO 27001 environments would be an advantage. This position is suited to an engineering-oriented professional who combines technical depth, standardisation and operational awareness.
Behavioral Skills
Structured, rigorous, security-minded, autonomous, collaborative and pragmatic. You are able to translate infrastructure needs into sustainable technical standards, challenge legacy practices constructively, document decisions clearly and coordinate implementation across technical teams.
