We combine high-end property expertise, architectural design, digital innovation and artificial intelligence to create distinctive marketing experiences for premium residential and investment properties.

As part of our development, we are recruiting an Architectural Visualization Intern with a strong interest in photorealistic rendering, CGI, 3D architecture, animation and real-time visualization using Unreal Engine.

This on-site internship in Marrakech offers the opportunity to work on real luxury property projects and contribute to the creation of immersive visual content for villas, apartments, riads, resorts and investment properties.

Your Responsibilities

As an Architectural Visualization and CGI Intern, you will contribute to the production of premium architectural visuals for Orchid Island Real Estate.

Your main responsibilities will include:

* Creating photorealistic 3D renderings of luxury interiors and exteriors.

* Producing high-quality CGI images for real estate marketing campaigns.

* Developing architectural animations and cinematic property walkthroughs.

* Creating interactive real-time environments using Unreal Engine.

* Applying realistic materials, lighting, textures, vegetation and environmental effects.

* Producing virtual tours and immersive presentations for luxury properties.

* Transforming architectural plans, sketches and references into detailed 3D scenes.

* Collaborating with architects, interior designers, real estate consultants and marketing specialists.

* Optimizing 3D models and scenes to achieve both visual quality and strong performance.

* Assisting with image post-production, color correction and final presentation.

* Testing innovative visualization workflows using artificial intelligence and emerging design technologies.

Candidate Profile

We are looking for a creative, motivated and detail-oriented candidate who wants to develop professional experience in architectural visualization and luxury real estate.

You may be currently studying or recently graduated in one of the following fields:

* Architecture

* Interior Design

* Architectural Visualization

* 3D Design

* Computer Graphics

* Digital Arts

* Game Design

* Multimedia Design

* A related creative or technical discipline

Required Technical Skills

Candidates should have basic or intermediate knowledge of at least one 3D modeling platform, such as:

* 3ds Max

* Blender

* SketchUp

* Revit

* Rhino

* Cinema 4D

Experience or familiarity with one or more rendering tools is highly valued:

* V-Ray

* Corona Renderer

* Lumion

* Enscape

* Twinmotion

* Unreal Engine

Basic knowledge of Adobe Photoshop or another image post-production tool is also expected.
