Responsable commercial logistique H/F

Key Responsibilities:

• Ecosystem Growth: Build and manage a strong network of Moroccan logistics companies, freight carriers, and fleet operators.
• Electrification Solutions: Design e-mobility fleet solutions (including charging/battery-swapping setups) and conduct total cost of ownership (TCO) analyses.
• Market Intelligence & Compliance: Monitor the local commercial vehicle market and research Moroccan import certifications, technical standards, and vehicle regulations.
• Partnerships & Sales Support: Develop local supplier/after-sales networks and assist sales teams with technical presentations and TCO assessments.
• Pilot Projects: Lead and participate in heavy-duty electric truck pilot projects across Morocco.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Logistics, Transportation, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in logistics, commercial vehicles, or supply chain.
• In-depth knowledge of the Moroccan transport market, vehicle regulations, and compliance standards.
• Familiarity with electric commercial vehicles or new-energy vehicles (NEVs).
• Strong analytical skills for TCO and operational cost modeling.
• Fluent English; French or Arabic preferred (Mandarin language skills are a strong plus).
• High mobility and availability for travel across major Moroccan logistics hubs (Casablanca, Tangier, Kenitra, Rabat, Agadir).
