Security Manager

Hyatt Regency Hyatt Regency Mazagan is looking for a Security Manager in order to maintain a safe and secure environment by implementing effective security strategies, managing the security team, and ensuring compliance with company standards and local regulations.

You will be responsible for the efficient running of the department in line with Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies and brand standards, whilst meeting employee, guest and owner expectations. The Security Manager is responsible to develop, implement, monitor and evaluate the hotel’s safety and security procedures, including fire safety, employee and asset protection.

Position Based in EL JADIDA city

• a professional diploma or certificate in Safety and Security. 
• Minimum 5 years work experience as Security Manager, or Assistant Security Manager in Hospitality Industry . 
• Good practical, operational and adequate administrative skills are a must.
• Fluent english & french will be appreciated
