Key Responsibilities
Executive Support & Scheduling: Manage the GM's complex daily calendar, organize business meetings, coordinate VIP visits, and arrange comprehensive global travel itineraries.
Communication & Information Management: Draft meeting agendas, prepare presentations, take accurate meeting minutes, and rigorously handle all incoming/outgoing communications (calls, emails, formal correspondence).
Cross-Functional Coordination: Act as the primary liaison between the GM and internal departments, ensuring leadership directives are followed up and information flows efficiently.
VIP Hosting & Confidentiality: Welcome international partners, investors, and high-level guests with premium professionalism. Maintain strict confidentiality over all corporate, strategic, and executive matters.
Linguistic Support: Provide on-the-spot interpretation or document translation support to facilitate clear communication between international stakeholders.

Candidate Profile & Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree (Bac+3) or equivalent in Business Administration, Management, Languages, or a related field.
Experience: Proven track record as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or Management Assistant, preferably interacting with C-level executives in an international setting.
Technical Skills: Advanced mastery of the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Languages: Fluent/Bilingual in both English and French is mandatory. Proficiency in Mandarin Chinese is a major asset and strongly desired.
